Andy Holligan has written an exceptional book. He uses everyday language to persuade the reader that life changing decisions present themselves to each of us every day. It is up to ourselves to make the "right" decision based on our subconscious reaction to events. But we each can teach, train, control that subconscious through our selective assimilation of only the best practices into our lifestyles.

Andy alerts us to recognise in ourselves low self-esteem, insecurity, hopelessness, fear of change and step by step guides us towards maximising our control and supremacy over these negative emotions. Our own personal health, and aviodance of overindulgence plays a central role in controling these negative emotions also. Once one has done this the road is clear for each of us to aspire to fulfil our dreams and be in control of our own destinies. Andy points out that the "once" will never be enough. The battle to maintain our aspirations, to keep focus, is a constant

The author explains that the battle to improve/motivate ourselves that we all fight is not a new one. Andy is widely read and brings in passages and quotes from many eminent sources, occasionally even the Bible to back up his emphasis on removing personal limits to our success that are self imposed.

Andy Holligan is new on the British self help scene but here in 9 chapters, 160 pages he sets out an easy to follow blue-print that anyone can follow and benefit from and that will have an international appeal.
