by Mary Dickens

This is a wonderful collection of humorous sayings spoken by the authorís mother during the thirty-two years they lived together. Some of these sayings are the way older people expressed common sayings. Itís a funny way of telling the truth.

About the Author: Mary Dickens lives in the small city of Quanah, Texas. In her church, she serves as the church elect, Sunday school superintendent, and soon-to-be ordained deaconess. She is the mother of three wonderful children and ten grandchildren.

Mary is the eighth of ten children; she has seven brothers and two sisters. Three of her brothers are deceased, and she misses them very much.
