by Michelle Ann March-Settle
Honoring birth, celebrating life, and recognizing death as the phases of life, Michelle Ann March-Settle weaves a charming tale using the analogy of the stars in the heavens to illustrate how differences in people should be appreciated and enjoyed, not condemned and disparaged.
Although often rocky in stages, the passage of life is overflowing with constant and amazing wonder. As Ms. Settle believes, all human beings are stars in their own right, and by acknowledging the individual differences in people, we transcend to a level of acceptance and joy and are able to shine, withstand adversity, and beam with faith.
We adults have a duty to prepare the next generation for being A Shining Star despite the challenges we might face during A Journey for All Ages, and her words within are an excellent place to start.
