ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A native of New York City, Charles E. Howlett and his wife Patricia, moved to Florida in 1958 with four of his children and his most productive years followed. They have raised seven children: Charles III, Veronica, Brian, Patrick, twins Margaret and Constance, and Peter. In his spare time he enjoys paleontology, archeology, photography, and travel.
