What are the special things you like to do on your birthday? Join Pong, a young panda, and his muquin, or mother, as they embark on a special journey for Pong’s shengri, or birthday. Along the way, Pong will meet many new animal friends, eat different foods, and learn traditional values about family and nature. At the same time, you will learn simple Chinese vocabulary appropriate for all children who live in a multicultural world.
