by Tammy E. Stephens
Have you ever wished to be something other than a little boy or girl? Wouldn’t it be fun to be a fish in the sea, a bird in the sky, or a cheetah on the land? It would be grand to be any of them. But before you decide to become something exciting and new, read Tammy E. Stephens’ I Wish of Things that I Could Be. You might discover that you like being you.
About the Author: Shortly after September 11, 2001, Tammy E. Stephens decided to enhance one of her eight children’s poems by comparing the freedoms of humans and animals; in doing so, she hopes that children will better understand their own freedom of choice. She is the mother of four children: LeVon, Theodore, Autum, and Phoebe. In addition to writing, Tammy E. Stephens enjoys swimming, meter board diving, horseback riding, acting, and dancing.
