Glena desperately wants the love of her life and her best friend to find happiness. No one has ever been more important to her than Tyrone and Christine. She can see that they are both suffering but feels helpless to do anything about it. Glena is dead.
From her vantage point in the “next plane,” Glena observes the events which unfold in the lives of her loved ones. Although her relationship with Tyrone ended before her death, she still loves him very much and is not resentful of his decision to stay with his wife. When he and her best friend, Christine, become acquainted at her memorial service, Glena is elated. She can’t imagine a better scenario than her two loved ones finding comfort in each other. But there’s one problem – Roger.
Even though Christine had told Roger in no uncertain terms that she was through with him, Roger was certainly not finished with her. As his feelings for her quickly become obsession, Roger will stop at nothing to make sure that Christine is hie and his alone. Threatened by her association with Tyrone, Roger devises a scheme to keep Tyrone away from Christine forever. Glena knows her friends are in danger and must act quickly. But will she be able to save them from “the other side?”
